Property Supervisor FSN-8 - closing date October 15, 2024 (Annual Salary: FDJ 4,399,662)

The Supply Supervisor who is responsible for the management and supervision of the supplies ordered by GSO procurement and received by the regional warehouse involving the ordering, stocking, distribution and inventory of all supply classes including both expendable (XP) and non-expendable items (NXP). The position is in the General Services Section and under the supervision of the General Services Officer or Assistant General Services Officer or Designee. Responsible for the direction of the property and supply program.

Directly supervises one Warehouse Supervisors, 2 property assistants, one Supply Clerk (receiving) and one Utility Clerk. Indirectly supervises 7 Warehouse Workers, 2 Property Clerks, and one Truck Driver. The jobholder has typical first line supervisory responsibilities, including continuing management responsibility for efficient use of manpower, equipment, and materials, and for technical training and guidance of employees, participation in the selection of employees, evaluation of employees' work, approval of leave, and recommendation of promotions and disciplinary action.
