Seeking a highly qualified person for a transit and freezone operations management and shipment processes.
Position: Transit & Freezone Import Officer
Location: Local Candidates Only
Number of Positions: 1
Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Key Responsibilities: Manage import and export shipments with a clear understanding of the operational processes at Djibouti port, customs, and shipping lines.
Proficiently use office software, with an emphasis on Excel and Word. Candidates will be required to demonstrate their ability to create and manage Excel tables, including summation and tabulation.
Follow instructions from supervisors and provide regular feedback on daily tasks.
Maintain polite and effective communication with customers and internal colleagues, proactively addressing their needs.
Adapt to changes in job responsibilities as required by the company.
Other Requirements: Good health and no criminal record.
A valid driver's license is preferred.
