As a Junior Sales Officer, your primary responsibility is to actively sell vehicles to customers through direct engagement, both in the showroom and out in the field. You will be the face of the dealership, building relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle selection and purchase process. This role demands energy, persistence, and a passion for automobiles, along with a strong ability to communicate and close deals.
Success in this role is measured by your ability to generate leads, convert prospects, and meet monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred )
• Basic training in automotive sales or customer service (preferred)
• Familiarity with Customer Management software and digital sales tools
• 2 years of hands-on experience in automotive sales or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
• Experience conducting field visits and cold calls to generate leads
• Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and close deals
• Exposure to showroom operations and vehicle financing processes
