About the Project
D.A.S (Djibouti Address System) is a national addressing, mapping, and postal logistics platform. We develop digital solutions—including websites, mobile applications, administrative dashboards, and management systems—for businesses, government institutions, and organizations across Djibouti.
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Executive who can identify new clients and successfully secure software development contracts.
Your Responsibilities
Identify and approach new clients (businesses, government institutions, and organizations) that require digital solutions.
Present D.A.S and our services professionally and confidently.
Negotiate commercial terms and close development contracts with clients.
Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and clients.
Act as the link between the client and the technical team to ensure project requirements are clearly understood.
Requirements
Fluent in both English and French (reading, writing, and speaking).
The company owner communicates exclusively in English, therefore strong English communication skills are essential for internal communication. French is required for working with local clients.
Arabic and/or Somali language skills are considered a strong advantage.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or contract negotiation (ideally 2+ years).
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
An established professional network in Djibouti (businesses, merchants, or institutions) is a significant advantage.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident in closing business deals.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position.
You will earn 10% of the value of every contract that you successfully bring in and that has been signed and paid by the client.
There is no earning limit—the more contracts you close, the more you earn.
A formal written agreement will clearly define all commission terms and conditions.
