Office & Workshop Cleaners Manpower Supply

Inchcape Djibouti Automotive is inviting interested and qualified service providers to submit proposals for the provision of cleaning manpower services for its office facilities and workshop. The selected provider will be responsible for ensuring a clean, safe, and professional environment across the company’s offices, workshop garages, small compound, and high glass windows, while also supplying all necessary cleaning materials. Service providers must demonstrate proven experience in delivering professional cleaning services, hold a valid trading license in Djibouti, and comply with all required safety standards. Interested suppliers are requested to present both their technical and financial proposals no later than June 11th, 2026.

Scope of Work

• Daily cleaning of offices, workshop garages, and compound areas.
• Specialized cleaning of high glass windows.
• Provision and supply of all necessary cleaning materials and equipment.
• Adherence to company safety and hygiene standards.

Supplier Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in providing professional cleaning services for industrial or commercial facilities.
• Valid trading license in Djibouti.
• Submission of all safety compliance documents as requested by the company.
• Proven capacity to deploy trained cleaners by the agreed start date.
• Experience in Automotive Service Dealer is advantageous
• Ability to fulfill all the Safety Standard Requirements for cleaning at Height’s
