Property Clerk (Non-Expendable) FSN-5 closing date October 15, 2024 (Annual Salary: FDJ 2,446,489)

The incumbent conducts physical inventories of non-expendable property in residence, offices and warehouse for State Department and other subscribed agencies as require and during all check-in and check-outs. Conducts annual physical inventory for non-expendable and representational (OBO/RDF) program items (silverware, chinaware, glassware, and holloware) in official residences. Reconciles inventories using the ILMS (Integrated Logistics Management System) computer program. Conducts yearly inventories of non-expendable property. Conducts other ad-hoc inventories as and where required. The position is in the General Services Section and under the supervision of the Supply Property Supervisor.
