Exim Bank Djibouti SA is recruiting product sales and Marketing manager. The purpose of the role is to develop and execute strategies, coordination of all marketing and social media and networking activities of the Bank, provide guidance and coordinates launch of new or existing products and services to drive sales.
The keys responsibilities are:
•Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders e.g. customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
•Developing and executing marketing campaigns
•Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in appropriate areas
•Liaising with designers and printers
•Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
•Sourcing and securing sponsorships
•Conducting market research such as customer questionnaires and focus groups
•Monitoring competitor activities
•Oversee the creation, maintenance and updating of information on the website
•Building good relationships with the Media.
•Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
•Collating and analyzing media coverage
•Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
•Analysis of the effectiveness of all marketing efforts.
•Execute any work that may be assigned by management
--For product sales:
•Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
•Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
•Create and execute appropriate sales strategic plans to bring in more business.
•Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
•Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
•Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
•Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
•Managing distribution channels for products.
•Supporting the Head of Business Development
-Good communication skills
-Good negotiating skills
-Graduate in marketing or sales is preferable
Fluent in French and English
