Inchcape Djibouti Automotive is excited to announce the opening of our 18-month Apprentice Program, designed to nurture and develop talented individuals for technical roles.

About Us

As a key player in vehicle distribution since 1991, operating from the Djibouti Free Zone, we have proudly exported large volumes of vehicles to Ethiopia, contributing to regional mobility and economic growth. Since 2024, Inchcape Djibouti Automotive has been instrumental in delivering top-tier aftersales services through our state-of-the-art multi-brand workshop, equipped with cutting-edge facilities and aftermarket parts to meet diverse customer needs. We are also the Official Distributors of Changan Vehicles in Djibouti. With a dedicated technical team, we continuously strive to exceed customer experience through expertise and excellence.

About the Graduate Program

We are seeking Technical Role graduates from previous years who are eager to accelerate their careers with us for the Inchcape Djibouti Automotive Operations. The 18-month structured program offers:

• Hands-on training across various technical functions
• Coaching and mentoring by industry experts
• Exposure to key business operations and aftersales (and/or garage activities) experience Structured after sales Trainings
• Career development opportunities within a dynamic automotive industry

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must:

• Hold a relevant degree in technical, automotive, or related fields
• Demonstrate a passion for the automotive industry and customer service excellence
• Exhibit strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Be adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn
• Have a very good English Language communication skills
• Must have graduated from university in 2023 /2024 only
• Must have a Cumulative Grade Point Average of "Bien "and above
