【Responsibilities】
1. Conduct face-to-face customer visits, develop customer base, and get more RFQ opportunities.
2. Formulate solutions and quote customers for RFQs and inquires, understand and apply pricing policies and procedures.
3. Work closely with Customer Service, Procurement and Marketing teams, to resolve customer complaints or disputes.
4. Maintain complete and accurate records of customer information and sales activity.
5. Account receivable management, ensure timely and accurate fund recovery.
6. Collect and report customer feedback, assist in optimizing vendor resources.
7. Other duties as required by supervisor.
8. Ensure client's payment executed in time.
9. Provide customer service for the best result.
【Requirements】
1. Minimum of 3 years logistics background in Logistics, have client database and English speaking are plus.
2. Excellent communication and customer relation skills, sense of urgency with problem solving skills.
3. Self-disciplined and self-motivated to produce outstanding results.
4. Willing to travel 30%, home and oversea.
Salary: Basic salary based on experience and performance plus commission of sales outcome.
