We are searching for an operator secretary who can handles calls manages & handles all secretarial activities such as; preparing external & internal correspondences, drafting letters, memorandum, hand-over notes, E-mail messages, reports, etc. from brief notes or verbal instructions, by using PC applications, Prepare a variety of documents such reports, memos and letter, Managing Office files
